Each MULLIWEN piece is crafted exclusively to order once your purchase is confirmed. This intentional approach preserves exclusivity, reduces waste, and ensures exceptional craftsmanship.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for production and shipment.
Made to measure allows your garment to be tailored to your personal measurements.
We require:
- Bust
- Waist
- Hip
- Height
- Inseam (for trousers)
Measurements can be provided when selecting your size. An additional fee applies.
Please note: made to measure applies to sizing adjustments only. For fabric or colour variations, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Each piece is crafted exclusively to order and ships within 3 weeks.
Once dispatched via express courier, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: Next working day
- Europe: 1-2 working days
- USA: 1-3 working days
- Rest of World: 2-6 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier processes.

Please allow 10-14 working days for your order to be processed before shipping. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering your piece as quickly as possible without compromising on craftsmanship.
A Pre-Order allows you to secure a piece ahead of its official release or restock. Production timelines will be clearly stated at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We ship internationally using trusted express couriers including DHL and DPD. All shipments are fully tracked and may require a signature upon delivery.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or local import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local authorities.

RETURNS
As each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges are considered only in the case of a verified production fault and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact info@mulliwen.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear supporting images. Our team will review your request and assist accordingly.
RENTALS
Submit a rental enquiry through our rental request form. Please include the requested piece, size, event date, and location. Our team will review availability and respond with next steps. customers.
Yes. Approved rentals require a refundable security deposit, which is returned once the garment is received and inspected.
