The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MULLIWEN. We operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a considered and curated shopping experience.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), set out your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

Many MULLIWEN pieces are made to order. Production timelines may vary and will be confirmed at checkout or in your order confirmation.
All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once confirmed by us and payment has been successfully processed.
Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our pieces, cancellations may not be possible once production has commenced.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You confirm that purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.
International Orders
We ship internationally. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by your jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes or events outside our control.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, duties or shipping costs.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method and that charges will be honoured.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Responsibility for the item transfers to you upon confirmed delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control.

All content within the Services, including trademarks, designs, text, imagery, graphics and media, is owned by MULLIWEN or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
MULLIWEN is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with MULLIWEN.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and MULLIWEN, including any injury, loss or damage resulting from purchased products or services.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that data may be processed internationally to facilitate order fulfilment and service delivery.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, reviews or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish such Feedback for commercial or operational purposes.
