PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Once your order has been placed and accepted, production begins.

All MULLIWEN pieces are made to order between Lagos and London. This intentional approach allows us to maintain craftsmanship, minimise waste, and preserve exclusivity.

Standard production time is 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin production on Monday.

For custom or bespoke requests, production timelines will vary and will be confirmed directly with you.

During collection launches, promotional periods or holidays, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume. In such cases, please allow an additional 2-4 working days before dispatch.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via DHL Express.

SHIPPING

MULLIWEN ships internationally in partnership with DHL Express, offering secure and fully tracked delivery to over 220 countries.

All DHL shipments require a signature upon delivery. Responsibility for the parcel transfers upon confirmed delivery and signature.
