Returns & Exchanges

Each MULLIWEN piece is individually made to order.
We do not hold stock and do not produce in volume. This intentional process allows us to minimise waste and preserve the integrity of each garment.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives with a verified production fault or damage, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@mulliwen.com, including your order number and supporting images. Approved cases will be resolved with care through repair, replacement, or exchange where appropriate.

All approved returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

European Union Orders

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to request cancellation within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Please note that this right does not apply to custom or personalised pieces made specifically to your measurements or request.
